Case Study: Salesforce CPQ for HR SaaS 

In our most recent CRM project, we partnered with Blue Polaris, a Salesforce Partner based out of Carmel, Indiana on a Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ optimization for a leading Human Resources SaaS provider. Our client had a series of acquisitions in 2023 and 2024 and were looking to consolidate data from various Salesforce orgs into 1 single instance.

Given an 8 week turnaround, Sonixo was able to successfully complete an entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in conjunction with a Scrum development methodology.

First, we conducted stakeholder interviews with both business and technical teams. With the information we gathered we constructed architecture diagrams and worked proactively with the client project manager to refine requirements further.

With a well-defined plan, we configured page layouts, adjusted security settings, and streamlined workflows to improve usability and compliance. Rigorous testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) were conducted in coordination with key stakeholders to validate functionality and ensure a smooth rollout. By the end of the engagement, the client experienced improved accuracy in pricing, faster quote generation, and enhanced user adoption, driving efficiency across their sales and quoting processes.
